Blanche Keir, Registered Dietician Nutritionist
Nutrition & Health Coaching
Blanche Keir is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Nutritional Counselor, and Culinary Chef. Her holistic approach to counseling is based on a belief that one’s body, mind and spirit critically impacts overall health. Nutrition does not need to be extreme in order to have a positive impact on one’s life and that small changes can make big differences. There is no one diet or solution for everyone; each individual’s nutrition plan and strategy is as unique as the person themselves. Blanche’s goal is to help people find the path that works best for them and empower them with the knowledge to make lifelong changes. She has worked extensively with eating disorders, weight management, disease management, and pre and post bariatric surgery. In addition to individual counseling, she provides wellness presentations on various topics including Healthy Cooking Demos, presentations on Eat for Energy, Healthy Eating on a Budget, Weight Loss Tips and Myths, and Mindfulness-Based Eating Strategies.
She is a graduate of Rutgers University School of Health Sciences with degrees in Nutrition Science and Psychology, and the Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College.
Her unique qualifications of both nutritional expert and culinary chef allow her to enable patients translate the complex science of nutrition into practical, healthy eating strategies for life. No matter where you are in life, there’s no place like health

Beth Filla, LCSW, MSW
Psychotherapy
Beth is here to help you notice what you’re feeling, to name sensations and emotions and to be with you to see what emerges: patterns, memories, long-held beliefs that have maybe never been yours. These things contain your past and will influence your future; and she can help you access them right now. It’s the work of stepping more fully into the experience of living.
Trained in Gestalt therapy and EMDR, Beth also draws strongly from her many years of experience as a yoga and meditation practitioner and teacher to incorporate somatic mindfulness into her work. Most of her clients struggle with anxiety or have a hard time being present in their lives. Many have experienced a great deal of trauma or grief. She works with adults over 18.
